Brocade has a new vice president for Asia Pacific
Brocade has appointed Charlie Foo as vice president for Asia Pacific (AP) effective immediately, the networking company announced today.
Foo was most recently senior director of the Brocade Partner Business Group for AP. He joined Brocade in January 2007.
Foo succeeds Deb Dutta and will be based in Singapore reporting directly into Ian Whiting, senior vice president of Worldwide Sales.
Foo is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of sales management and leadership experience.
Prior to joining Brocade, Foo was regional director of Channel and Alliance for Asia Pacific/Japan at Veritas-Symantec. Previously, he has worked with IBM Corporation, Compaq Computers Asia/Pacific and Singapore Computer Systems. He holds an MBA from the University of Dubuque, Iowa, USA.
