Singaporean employers can now better search for talent with Monster Singapore's new people search technology, Monster mPower Search.

Featuring the Keyword Search Suggestion capability, the Monster mPower Search provides related terminology clusters upon the typing of a keyword to help employers get a better search result.

Besides that, the service provides industry and education clustering to speed up the candidate search. Employers can also search for candidates by location, nationality and language proficiency.

Sanjay Modi, Managing Director, Monster.com (India/Middle East/Southeast Asia) said the Monster mPower Search was developed based on customer feedback. "The business environment has changed drastically and employers today are looking for 'a round hole for a round peg', finding the right fit for a job.
