Fuel tanks that are too small, powerful street lighting, Rolex, and a city in China

All the tech in F1 does not give you a fuel tank that lasts the distance.

Still on F1, the Earth Hour concluded over the weekend. But in Singapore's case, one hour is probably not enough when we have a night race that uses street lights that need 3,180,000 watts over three days. According to this blogger, the total watts used can light up 22,600 homes in India for a year.
