Singapore based food technology start-up is helping food and beverage (F&B) businesses to reduce operational costs.

Eunoia uses technology to automate key functions and centralise key functions, including orders and menu updates across third-party platforms and delivery apps.

Singapore F&B outlets face labour shortage, which poses challenges for F&B outlets in the city.

Productivity is also on a decline in the accommodation and food services sector, and decreased 1 percent in the first quarter of 2016.

Pay with mobile devices

F&B customers can leverage Eunoia's tech solution Ordr to place orders and pay at the table using their own mobile device.

This reduces the reliance on manpower and improves customer experience by empowering them to control their ordering and payment experience.

Eunoia's order aggregation system automates orders from different ordering platforms into one channel, managing order fulfilment and revenue reconciliation.

As the company's menu management system syncs menu updates across all food delivery apps, it eliminates uploading in different formats.
