Trade and logistics SMEs will have access to the National Trade Platform (NTP) via Deskera Singapore’s ERP suite for business as part of a broader SPRING Singapore Call-for-Collaboration initiative.

SMEs under the program can connect to the NTP and access various communities to retrieve and exchange digital trade-related information for onward processing of cargo insurance applications, trade financing and making regulatory declarations. They can also extract data analytics to draw insights from completed trades.

The NTP initiative is designed to be a one-stop trade information management system to enable a seamless exchange of trade and logistics documentation and information between SME business partners.

Developed by Singapore Customs and GovTech, the NTP will replace TradeNet and TradeXchange as the next generation trade information management platform to support companies in the trade and logistics sector.

The Deskera ERP solution will offer finance, purchasing, sales and inventory management facilities and generate electronic data for trade purposes. SMEs can easily track, maintain and extract information on their business activities.

Solution providers such as Deskera Singapore will be encouraged to design and build new software applications to support various business needs and value-added services to help SMEs with supply chain optimization.

Interested SMEs can participate in the pilot with solution provider Deskera Singapore via SPRING Singapore.
