The furniture maker is installing the ERP platform for three countries over next 10 months.

ERP specialist Epicor has secured a customer win in Singapore furniture maker Falcon Incorporation.

Epicor ERP solution comprises Sales Management, Product Data Management and Costing, Inventory Management, Financial Management, Project Management and Production Planning and Scheduling. The implementation and roll-out will be carried out over the next 10 months for Falcon's operations in Singapore, Vietnam and Qatar.

"We are a growing company employing over 2,000 people with operations in more than three countries. The ERP systems will allow us to manage information and integrate our various processes seamlessly across the whole company," said Iris Lim, CEO of Falcon.

"In the process, it will help to streamline our current independent systems to work more efficiently from sales order to production floor to project management. We expect to achieve much higher productivity in every aspect of our business operations when the systems go full swing," said Lim.

Lim added that the Epicor platform represents a timely investment for her company as Falcon is expanding into Myanmar and Sri Lanka in the next two years. Lim also explained that Epicor was chosen because of the dynamic functionalities of the ERP and "its on-the-go data analytics and management information. We also need a system that can grow with us".

"It is an honour to be given the vote of confidence by Falcon to help enhance their business operations and productivity through our ERP solutions. Epicor is committed to assuring our customers that our technologies are readily scalable, making us the perfect partner for fast growing SMEs like Falcon," said Craig Charlton, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Epicor Software Asia.
