Says the new DNS Firewall, security device controller and network service appliance will "enable global organisations to better manage the demands put on their networks by forces such as BYOD, cloud computing, migration to IPv6 and the evolving cyber-threat landscape."

Network control technology provider Infoblox introduced to the Singapore market on Tuesday (March 26, 2013) three products-the Infoblox DNS Firewall, Infoblox Security Device Controller and Infoblox Trinzic 100 Network Edge Services Appliance-which it says are crafted to "enable global organisations to better manage the demands put on their networks by forces such as bring-your-own-device (BYOD), cloud computing, migration to IPv6 and the evolging cyber-threat landscape."

Executives at Infoblox also said in a statement to the press that the newly launched products "deliver on the company's strategy to help customers create a strategic control point in the network" and that "the new products are integrated with the latest Infoblox portfolio of market-leading solutions for network control."

"The increasing demands created by mobile devices, virtualisation and private clouds, and business-critical risks associated with cyber-threats cannot be addressed by adding manual processes and increasing network bandwidth," said Infoblox VP of Product Management Kevin Dickson. "We believe better control of the network is the best way to achieve business agility and efficiency, and achieve greater security. Infoblox gives that control to our customers, enabling higher levels of availability, security and automation in modern networks."
