Netsuite's annual customer conference SuiteWorld began on Tuesday. Here's what happened on the first day.

SuiteCommerce is a B2B and B2C integrated single selling platform that provides front-end website commerce solutions. In addition, SuiteCommerce offers HTML and JavaScript website architecture. 

At SuiteWorld 2016, NetSuite announced new features for the commerce solution. 

In a live demonstration, Netsuite CTO Evan Goldberg highlighted its new features, namely category management, easy-add HTML, responsive site view and a new landing page system. 

6. SuiteWorld 2016: NetSuite Global Ventures

SuiteWorld 2016: NetSuite Global Ventures

NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson announced the launch of NetSuite Global Ventures. This is a venture capital fund 'to enable our third parties to invest in third parties'. 

He said: "Three of the last five companies we've acquired have build applications on top of Netsuite. Our point of sale system was an application built for NetSuite, on top of NetSuite, our warehouse management is another application built within NetSuite and recently IQuity, a shop floor control manufacturing capability built in NetSuite."
