Singapore-based goSwiff has rolled out a suite of professional services for banks and mobile network operators (MNOs) in an effort to increase mobile point-of-sales (mPOS) and online transactions.
Using its technical, marketing and operational expertise in spending activation, goSwiff helps its clients create efficient mobile commerce (mCommerce) strategies and payment solution rollouts for their merchants. Its professional services and consulting team are currently working with over 50 banks in 25 countries to help them establish industry standards for mobile payment infrastructure together with central banks, regulators and card schemes, said Simone Ranucci Brandimarte, goSwiff's CEO.

Services offered include market research, strategy and business planning, and developing a go-to-market commercial strategy.
goSwiff Managed Services provide clients with flexible and scalable operational support and outsourcing services that will drive revenues and lower costs. The services include merchant activation, new merchant acquisition and onboarding, data monetisation for customer relationship management, and local support.
