These are the winners of Computerworld Malaysia's 10th annual Customer Care Awards (CCA), which salutes the nation's best providers of pre- and post-implementation consulting, support and maintenance work in the area of information and communication technology (ICT) as chosen by their customers.

In the first quarter of 2016, as in the previous nine years, more than 3,000 of Malaysia's most progressive information executives were invited to participate in the exercise of rating, on the scale of 0 to 10, the performance of their ICT solution providers and partners in delivery of services at every stage of a given technology deployment-running from early stage consulting through complete implementation, user testing, and continual maintenance, support and process enhancement.

Their responses were gathered, analysed and audited by regional market analyst house Executive Networks Research -which is the research arm of Executive Networks Media, the publisher of Computerworld Malaysia-for the highest accuracy of results possible. The ICT vendors with the highest scores across all evaluation areas in their respective categories won and entered the annals of Computerworld Malaysia's CCA history.

This year, 17 companies took up a total of 19 awards, star performers include Huawei and IBM Malaysia each taking home two awards.

Mark Hobson, CEO of Executive Networks Media and Publisher of Computerworld Malaysia, said that all the CCA award winners fully deserve these accolades. "As we mark the 10th year of the Customer Care Awards, we can clearly see that customer satisfaction levels in Malaysia are continuing to rise to even higher levels of excellence. Feedback from our voters point to how far vendors in this country have transformed themselves. Customer satisfaction awards are difficult to win and it is a pleasure to note that the award winning companies tonight - by precisely aligning their service portfolio to the needs of their customers - have nudged the bar even higher."

Computerworld Malaysia Editor, AvantiKumar, said: "It is always an honour to laud Computerworld Malaysia winners: they demonstrate the leading edge of customer service excellence. The winners have helped their customers over the last year to use ICT to synch their businesses and goals in a challenging environment. The increasing speed of the global economy, which seems to be moving towards the 'speed of thought', demands that top service providers must master many factors to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction."
