Innosight: Most execs aren't ready for the coming decade

For its survey, Innosight drew responses online in January 2014 from 823 subscribers of its Strategy & Innovation newsletter to about 100 open-ended questions. Of the more than 800 respondents: 60 percent were in senior management and 53 percent were in strategy or general management; and, 19 percent were in organisations reporting revenues of US$50 million-US$1 billion, while 23 percent were in organisations with revenues in excess of US$1 billion. Also, 46.8 percent of the respondents worked for organisations with headquarters in North America, 25.1 percent of them had their business headquarters in Europe, 18.8 percent in Asia-Pacific, 6.2 percent in South America, and 3 percent in Africa.
